All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or work authorization signed prior to commencement of work. These Terms govern general use of our website and initial engagement; the specific service agreement governs the scope, pricing, and conditions of your restoration project.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

We work with most major insurance carriers and can assist with the claims process. However, Rhino Water Damage Restoration makes no guarantee that your insurance provider will cover any specific portion of restoration costs. You are responsible for understanding your insurance policy, deductibles, and coverage limits. We are not licensed insurance adjusters and do not represent your insurance company.

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For insurance-related work, we may bill your insurance carrier directly with your authorization, though you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles. Past-due balances may accrue interest and may be subject to collection action.

We warrant that all restoration work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• Defects will be corrected immediately.
